Alberta’s Higher Education Staff is Reviewing and Considering Ontario’s “Free Tuition to $50k or Less” Initiative

Recently it was announced that the province of Ontario would provide free college/university tuition to families with a household income of $50,000 or less.

This has been making headlines, and although it has upset some, most are very pleased by the Ontario’s initiative.

Other provinces are now keeping a close eye on how well this initiative does, and are keeping an open mind in potentially following in Ontario’s footprints. One of those provinces being right here at home; Alberta.
