The Strathcona County RCMP division is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 91 year old Alan Lawrence Nelson.
UPDATE, Aug. 4, 8:22 AM: According to Nelson’s granddaughter, he has been found safe and sound.

Alan Nelson has not been in contact with his immediate family since shortly after 9:00 PM on August 1, 2016. The family says that they are very worried for his well being.
Nelson drives a white 2001 Cadillac Eldorado, and it too, is not at his place of residence.
The Alberta license plate on Alan’s car is BHD 0713.

Alan Nelson is described as:
- Caucasian
- 5 feet 7 inches
- 155 pounds
- Brown eyes, with
- Grey and white hair
Something to keep in mind is that Nelson has been known to suffer from short term memory loss and confusion.
