SATIRE VIDEO: ‘Oilr’ App Matches Poor New Brunswickers with Rich Albertans

The satirical ‘Oilr’ smartphone app would connect poor NBers with rich Albertans.

Take some time out of your day this afternoon to smile. Check out this video created by a New Brunswick-based satirical website.

The video below was initially released two days ago, on August 3rd, 2016.

Put a smile on. Watch the Oilr app video introduction:

The satirical video above was created by The Manatee, a group of New Brunswickers that have been shedding light on untold stories since October 2014.

If all goes according to plan, I’ll be married to some rich Calgary sucker by this time next year.Guy in video

Would you sign up for this app if it were the real thing?

Personally, if there was an app that signed up poor Albertans with rich New Brunswickers, I’d probably take a look at that one. Haha!

Yep, say what you want about those Albertans, but they know how to treat a New Brunswicker.Guy in video
