The RCMP is informing the public that Bruce Arcand of Morinville, Alberta is a wanted man.
The Morinville RCMP division has informed the public about a dangerous man out of Morinville, Alberta.
They released a poster stating that the man’s name is Bruce Eli Arcand who is a 25 year old male.
He is described as a 5 foot 8 inch tall, 168 pound Aboriginal with brown hair and brown eyes.

RCMP also informs that Bruce Arcand also has a neck tattoo that reads “LABONTE”.
